Job summary

Get Air Waterloo is seeking an Assistant General Park Manager to help lead a busy trampoline park with safety and guest experience at the core. You will supervise daily park operations, assist in staff training, and work to exceed profitability while maintaining a fun, family-friendly environment.

The role requires night and weekend shifts, physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 pounds, and strong communication. You'll be part of a national brand focused on growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate would have one or more years of supervisory or management experience.
• The Assistant General Park Manager will be required to work nights and weekends, as well as some major holidays.
• The individual will need to be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

On a day-to-day basis, the Assistant General Park Manager can expect to assist in

• managing all park operations
