Get Air Trampoline Park in Tonawanda is seeking an Assistant General Park Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver a safe, fun, and memorable experience for guests. You will assist in park operations, train staff, manage customer service, and help hit KPIs to boost profitability.

The role offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour plus tips, bonuses, and commissions, plus health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan. This position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience (1+ year) required.
• Strong decision making and communication skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Day‑to‑day Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all park operations;

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits
