Rochester Institute of Technology’s dining services organization is seeking a front-line supervisor to manage food preparation, service, and dining operations on campus. You will oversee sanitation, ensure quality customer service, and lead staff in a fast-paced university setting.
The role includes training staff, coordinating with team members on inventories and budgets, and promoting a hospitable campus dining atmosphere. Location is on campus with a schedule reflecting university hours.
Management and People Leadership Level 1 - Functions as a front-line supervisor of a work unit, focusing on supervising and setting day-to-day tasks for staff, maintaining schedules, checking work, and supporting daily services to ensure operational efficiency.

Location: The Commons & College Grind
Work Schedule: 10am-6:30pm Sun-Thurs, OFF Fri/Sat Work schedule may need to fluctuate based on University-wide events, and academic breaks.
FLSA Category Exempt Work Location On Campus Compensation $62,353.20 - $64,000.00
