• Prep, bake, and enthusiastically serve pretzels and beverages to guests.
• Monitor employee scheduling, breaks, and overtime during your shift.
• Assist in training new hires on operational standards.

In cooperation with or in the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager handles overall supervision, shift management, and store profitability while maintaining our high brand standards.

• Compensation: $17.00/hour + tips (Earn up to $20.00/hour total)

• Core Responsibilities:
  • Roll, twist, and bake fresh dough and pretzels from scratch.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new team members.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, manage inventory/stock, and hit performance goals.
• Requirements: Previous management experience in retail or restaurant environments, a valid driver’s license, and full open availability (including evenings and weekends).

The Shift Lead directs daily restaurant operations in the absence of the management team to maintain strict food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

• Compensation: $15.00/hour + tips (Tips average an additional $2.00–$3.00/hour)

• Core Responsibilities:
  • Prep, bake, and enthusiastically serve pretzels and beverages to guests.
