Fourteen Foods Career Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver high-quality customer service and food products in a fast-paced restaurant setting. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities while upholding company standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a restaurant leadership position, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a restaurant or food service leadership role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background checks.

Job description

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
