Job summary

Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to help deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensure food quality, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant environment. You will manage a team of 4-12, assist with promotions, and support inventory and ordering processes.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma and prior restaurant experience, preferably with supervisory exposure. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

PREREQUISITES

Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Experience: Experience in a restaurant operation, preferably with supervisory experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members. Computer knowledge is desirable.

Physical

Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
