Dairy Queen in Sevierville, TN, is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who delivers quality customer service and food products in line with Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

This role requires leadership, reliability, and the ability to supervise shifts, train staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety and sanitation requirements to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.
