Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a capable assistant manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will coach staff, oversee scheduling, assist with hiring and training, and ensure top service standards.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, reliability, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected, with opportunities for growth into GM roles.

Qualifications

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid driver's license
• Pass background check
