Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products, adhering to the standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance every guest visit. You will support and learn restaurant management responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a supervisory food-service role, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant management at a shift/assistant level.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18+ and have valid driver’s license.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
