Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding brand standards. You will assist with daily restaurant management duties and learn leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of restaurant supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and ServSafe or Food Handler certification where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a restaurant management role such as Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good English communication skills.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
