Job summary

Hot N Cajun Boil House in Metairie, LA is seeking an assistant manager to supervise daily operations, support front-of-house and back-of-house teams, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant.

You will schedule staff, assist with performance reviews, handle customer escalations, participate in recruiting, manage communications, monitor spending, and act as GM in their absence to maintain operations and accountability.
