Overview

Assistant Managers are pivotal team members entrusted with overseeing the smooth operation of the establishment during their shifts. Similar to a floor manager, they provide assistance to customers when the rest of the team may be occupied, ensuring a seamless dining experience. They greet and seat guests at the host station, address customer complaints and errors, facilitate table service by delivering dishes, coordinate with the kitchen to fulfill customer requests, solicit feedback from guests to enhance their restaurant experience, and communicate any significant issues or feedback to the manager for resolution or compensation. Assistant Managers act as liaisons between customers and the management team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
