Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and vehicle maintenance, supervising daily operations, training new employees, and building customer loyalty through quality service. You will develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.

Qualifications & Skills

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or service environments, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Strong judgment, KPI data analysis skills, and schedule flexibility are essential. High school diploma or equivalent, and fluency in English are required. Physical ability to stand up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled conditions is necessary.
