Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as Crumbl or bakery/retail supervisor (Assistant Manager/Shift Lead/Baker).
• Strong baking/production skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead daily baking and production, ensuring recipes, portioning, and presentation meet Crumbl standards.
• Run shifts day-to-day: assign tasks, keep the line moving, and troubleshoot in-shift issues.
• Train and coach team members on Crumbl SOPs, recipes, and customer service during shifts.
• Support inventory counts and ordering accuracy.
• Help enforce food safety, cleanliness, and health/licensing standards during shifts.
• Work as a hands-on shift lead and baker for the large majority of your scheduled hours.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Crumbl (or similar bakery/retail) Assistant Manager, Shift Lead, or Baker
• Strong baking/production skills and attention to detail
• Natural leader who can coach and motivate a team during a shift
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen environment
