Morning Baker - hours will be between morning to early afternoon.

Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in crafting cookies at each stage of production
• Read and understand weekly recipes
• Follow recipes to prepare dough, frosting, toppings, and glazes
• Portion dough into uniform balls for baking
• Place cookies on baking sheets
• Apply toppings to cookies
• Box customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service: greeting, answering questions, making recommendations, taking orders and payments
• Maintain clean workspaces
• Restock ingredients and supplies
• Prepare Crumbl boxes
• Greet customers with eye contact and memorable interactions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Train and coach team members
• Manage opening and closing registers and cash deposits
• Handle customer issues and employee disputes

Hours & Pay:

• Days: Monday through Saturday
• Weekly hours: 30+ hours
• Shifts: Early morning to afternoon
• Pay: $16 - $19/hour + tips

Experience & Certifications:

• At least 1 year in restaurant/food management (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• ServSafe Food Handlers Certification (preferred; will pay for certification if needed)

Physical Requirements:

• Lift packages 10-55 lbs
• Stand for entire shift
• Climb ladders

Uniform:

• Crumbl shirts and hat provided
• Black pants and sneakers
• No jewelry

Knowledge & Software:

• Knowledge of proprietary software (Crumbl platform), Apple products, and communication tools (preferred but not required; training provided)
