Crumbl is hiring a Shift Manager to help lead daily operations and run a variety of shifts across our bakery in Missouri. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and may be looking to grow into higher-level leadership.

Shift Managers work closely with store leadership to ensure strong execution, team accountability, and consistent production throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with reliable transportation.
• Able to stand for shift duration and lift 10-55 lbs.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run shifts independently.
• Supervise and support a team of bakers.
• Assign stations and manage workflow.
• Ensure production stays on pace (dough, baking, frosting).

Schedule & Availability

• 30-40 hrs
• Shifts run from 6am-11pm, Monday-Saturday
• Closed Sundays - guaranteed weekend day off

What You’ll Do

• Lead and run shifts independently
• Supervise and support a team of bakers
• Assign stations and manage workflow
• Ensure production stays on pace (dough, baking, frosting)
• Maintain quality and food safety standards
• Provide excellent customer service
• Train and coach team members
• Support opening, closing, and daily operations
