Crumbl is seeking a Bakery Associate to create our fresh products while upholding Crumbl's high standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service.

You will measure ingredients, monitor bake times, and maintain a sanitary station while collaborating with shift leads and teammates to keep the store prepared for opening and daily operations.

Qualificações

• Previous baking or food service preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and bake products according to Crumbl recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
• Accurately measure and mix ingredients while following recipe specifications.
• Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality.
• Prepare dough, fillings, toppings, frostings, and other ingredients as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking area throughout the shift.
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, utensils, and other kitchen areas.
• Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.
• Properly store ingredients and supplies and maintain proper food rotation.
• Work efficiently to ensure products are prepared and available on time at all times.
• Communicate effectively with shift leads, managers, and other team members.
• Assist other stations and team members when needed.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Help ensure the store is fully prepared for opening, closing, and daily operations.
