Fourteen Foods Career Center in Largo, FL seeks a Restaurant Assistant Manager to uphold service standards and assist with restaurant management responsibilities. You will ensure quality customer service and proper handling of food products according to brand standards.

The role requires leadership experience in food service, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Shift Manager/Assistant Manager).
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle checks.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Shift availability includes evenings, weekends and holidays.
• English communication skills are required.

Position Overview:

TheRestaurantAssistant Managerprovides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.


• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.


• Must be 18 years of age or older.


• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.


• Must have reliable transportation.


• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.


• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).


• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
