TSP talent is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold guest experience and operational standards in a Georgia restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and driving team performance toward quarterly goals, while maintaining safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• 1-3 years management experience; restaurant management preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in varied environments and operate restaurant equipment safely
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform related tasks
