GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Fond du Lac, WI R-Stores location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and help deliver fast, friendly service to every customer.

Open weekends and holidays; expect second or third shifts. You will manage the register, supervise staff, handle inventory and scheduling, and maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.

Qualifications

• Open availability required, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Physical readiness for cleaning and outdoor tasks at pumps.
• Minimum age requirement varies by state; typically 18+ or 21+.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: $12/hr $1000 sign on bonus - paid after 6 months in position.

Qualifications

• Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
