Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager at our Muskego, WI location. The role focuses on supporting store operations, customer service, and leadership across shifts, with weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts required.

Starting pay is $15.00 per hour and can reach up to $17.00 per hour, with weekly pay and bonus potential. Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, health/dental/vision insurance, and opportunities for career growth toward store management.

Qualifications

• Open Availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness for cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining pumps/outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
