Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Pound, WI location. You will support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, run the register, and ensure customer service and store success on every shift.

You will coach and lead a high-performing team, handle inventory and merchandising, manage schedules, cash handling, deposits, and contribute to a fast-paced, energetic store environment with growth opportunities to become a Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Reliable transportation to complete bank deposits.
• Minimum age requirements: 18+ (and 21+ in some states).
• Strong communication skills in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a customer-service focused team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Pay Rate: $12/hour $1000 sign on bonus - paid after 6 months in position.

Qualifications

• Open Availability: You must be available to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable Transportation: You must have a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physical Readiness: Comfortable with tasks such as cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining outside areas like pumps.
• Minimum Age Requirement: 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO 21+ years old in all other states.
