GPM Investments LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for Store 4513 in Fond du Lac, WI. The role focuses on customer service, operations, and leadership across second/third shifts, with a weekend/holiday schedule and a $12.00–$14.00 per hour wage.

You will support store operations, run the register, coach staff, and help drive sales while ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment. Open availability and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
