Job description

Role Overview:

As an Assistant Service Center Manager, you will support the Service Center Manager in leading a high-performance team to deliver exceptional vehicle maintenance services and customer experience. Your responsibilities include performing oil changes and car repairs, supervising daily operations, training staff, and ensuring adherence to company policies. You will build customer loyalty through excellent service, develop weekly work schedules, assist with inventory management, and maintain a safe, clean environment. Additionally, you will lead store audits and ensure safety protocols are followed during opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in retail or service environments, with a customer-focused mindset and ability to perform under pressure. Experience using KPI data for performance monitoring is preferred. Flexibility in scheduling, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent are required. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in non-climate-controlled settings is necessary.
