Job summary

Crumbl Cookies is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the Crumbl Crew in our Florida store. This role is full-time (35–40 hrs/week) with open availability to support peak hours and team needs.

The AGM will supervise staff, deliver performance feedback, set goals, and ensure smooth store operations from scheduling to cash handling. They will step in for the GM as needed while upholding Crumbl’s fast-paced, customer‑focused culture.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced assistant general manager to help lead our Crumbl Crew.

The Assistant General Manager should be experienced in a supervisory role, and be able to confidently deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives. The AGM must be able to competently perform duties in the absence of the general manager. They support and assist the GM in overseeing and leading out in all store responsibilities.

To be a successful assistant general manager, you should eagerly participate in educational and training opportunities. The AGM must be able to motivate and positively influence staff, especially during times of low morale. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills.

Schedule:
