Job summary

Crumbl Cookies in Merrillville, IN is hiring an Assistant Manager to work closely with the shift leads and the owner to oversee daily operations and customer service. This bakery concept bakes cookies fresh in-house each day and relies on a fun, fast-paced team.

Hours vary from 5am to midnight; Fridays and Saturdays are required on our busiest days, with Sundays closed. Training and support are provided to help you lead the team and maintain great guest service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the kitchen daily to keep fresh cookies available.
• Oversee quality control.
• Keep the store clean and tidy.
• Understand and track reports to monitor store metrics.
• Motivate and coach employees to improve daily processes.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
• Conduct inventory on ingredients.
• Oversee catering orders and coordination.
• Help manage the schedule.
• Keep up with posts/news/info from corporate on our internal app.
• Work closely with the owner and manager as a team to make the store a fantastic place to work.

Crumbl Cookies is hiring immediately for Assistant Managers to join their team!

Crumbl Cookie is a fun, modern, fast paced cookie shop and we need an amazing assistant manager to work closely with the shift leads and owner to oversee daily operations and customer service. This is a bakery concept- we bake cookies fresh, in house, daily.

Job Details:

• Hours vary based on needs of store; Shifts range from 5am-midnight. Friday and Saturdays are required as these are our busiest days. We are CLOSED on Sundays!
