Wendy's is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coach team members, and uphold standards of quality and safety. You will drive service excellence, manage shifts, and support the General Manager in achieving business goals in a fast‑paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in restaurant, retail, or customer service, with supervisory experience preferred. Ability to work varied shifts and travel to locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent not required; high school diploma or GED accepted.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service preferred.
• Supervisory experience of 6+ months preferred.
