Job summary

YCH Wendy’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily shifts, ensure quality food, cleanliness, and safety standards, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will coach team members, train staff, and partner with the General Manager to hit sales goals and maintain efficient operations. Flexibility for weekends and a fast-paced environment is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in restaurant, retail, or customer service; 6+ months supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask, motivate a team, and handle customer concerns professionally.
