Job summary

YCH Wendy’s is hiring an Assistant Manager to coach teams, run efficient shifts, and uphold food quality and safety standards. You’ll lead by example, oversee daily operations, and partner with the General Manager to meet business goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year in a related field, and supervisory experience is a plus. ServSafe certification may be completed during training.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year in restaurant, retail, or customer service; 6+ months supervisory preferred.
• Leadership: ability to multitask, motivate team, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
