Job summary

YCH Wendy’s is looking for Crew Members to join our quick service restaurant and help create a positive dining experience. You will greet customers, take orders, and assist with drive-thru and kitchen tasks while keeping the restaurant clean and ready for service.

We offer a fun work environment with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth. Must be 16 or older with reliable transportation to and from work.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take direction well.
• Ability to stand and move for most of the shift and lift 25–50 pounds when needed.
