YCH Wendy’s is seeking a General Manager to lead our team, oversee restaurant operations, and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, train, and retain a highly capable staff while maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a willingness to obtain ServSafe certification during training. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for performance bonuses.
