Job summary

YCH Wendy’s in Lancaster County is hiring Crew Members to join a fast-paced team delivering friendly service and quality food. You’ll learn quickly, work across roles, and help customers have a positive experience.

As a Crew Member, you’ll greet guests, handle the drive-thru, prepare fries, keep the restaurant clean, stock supplies, and support your teammates. A willingness to learn and reliability are valued; you must be 16 or older and able to stand most shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions.
• Able to stand for long shifts and perform repetitive tasks.
