Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: At least 3 years of restaurant management experience (GM in quick-service strongly preferred).
• Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team and resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and ability to create a fun, inviting environment.
• Flexibility: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
• Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
• Physical: Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
