Cotton Patch Café is seeking a dynamic leader to guide operations at our Abilene-area locations. You will oversee P&L, drive quality and consistency in food prep, manage costs, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
