Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe is seeking a General Manager to lead a growing team and deliver scratch-made Texas favorites with genuine hospitality. The role offers strong leadership exposure, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing development in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Must be a team player and hard worker.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day.
• Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely.
