Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe in Bryan, Texas is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Leader to guide the team and elevate daily operations. You will manage P&L, mentor staff, ensure consistent food quality, and deliver genuine hospitality in our scratch-made Texas menu environment.

Qualifications

• Solid restaurant management experience required.
• Demonstrated operational excellence and profitability focus.
• Ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial savvy with cost control and budgeting experience.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to obtain Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
• Eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification
• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
