Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing team and deliver scratch-made Texas favorites with true hospitality. You will coach and develop staff, drive guest satisfaction and uphold high standards of quality and safety.

This role offers 10 days PTO, monthly bonuses, health/vision/dental insurance, a 401K, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive management training program. Earn potential up to $85,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification.
• Food Manager Certification required.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Eligible to work in the United States (E-Verify).

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
• Must be able to follow all safety guidelines when lifting and carrying, using knives and equipment, and walking and moving safely
