Cotton Patch Cafe in Abilene, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a growing team, deliver scratch-made Texan favorites, and provide outstanding hospitality. You will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and uphold brand standards.

This role offers 10 days of PTO at hire, monthly bonuses, health/vision/dental & Life insurance, 401K, and clear pathways for advancement as the brand expands in the region.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
• Must have valid Driver License.
• Must be a team player and hard worker.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required.
