Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe in Bryan, TX is seeking an energetic operations leader to guide a scratch-made Texas kitchen and front-of-house team. You will drive P&L, assure food quality and safety, and deliver hospitality that makes guests feel like family.

Qualifications

• Operational excellence and the ability to build and develop a high-performing team.
• Ability to obtain Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification.
