Job summary

Cotton Patch Cafe is seeking a hands-on leader to guide a team delivering scratch-made Texas favorites with genuine hospitality. You will oversee cafe operations, uphold quality, and drive profitability while developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Cafe P&L and enforce consistency of food preparation
• Manage food, labor, and general expenses
• Lead and develop the team
• Drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety
• Steer the team in a fast-paced environment
• Mitigate and facilitate employee relations
• Drive a dynamic dining experience for guests
• Foster a sense of family and belonging with guests
• Table touches to know customers and gather feedback
• Mitigate customer complaints
• Establish hometown spirit and community involvement
• Engage in local events and charities and support the Chamber of Commerce
• Capitalize on local catering opportunities

• Ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day
