HAL in global operations seeks an Assistant Maître D to oversee an outlet (Mess Rooms, Room Service, Dining Room and Lido Market). You will direct, supervise, train and evaluate all restaurant staff, ensuring guests receive the highest level of service.

You’ll lead by example, mentor new employees, manage scheduling, uphold grooming standards, and coordinate with the Maître D and Restaurant Ops Manager to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Maître’ D on large cruise ships or multi-venue operation.
• Fluent English with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of assigned restaurant outlet (Mess Rooms, Room Service, Dining Room and Lido Market).
• Lead, train and evaluate all restaurant staff, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.
• Coordinate scheduling, grooming standards and safety/regulatory compliance (USPH).
