Job summary

Scenic Group (Scenic / Emerald Cruises) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the restaurant leadership on property or onboard vessels. The role requires a minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager or senior waiter, with background in 4- or 5-star hotel/cruise operations and strong English communication skills.

The candidate will help manage daily operations, assist with staff training, oversee inventory and cost targets, and ensure high service standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager or as a senior waiter.
• Experience in 4- or 5-star operations (hotel or cruise ships).
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Computer skills - MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Relieve the restaurant manager during any period of absence.
• Provide professional and courteous service within the department.
• Involve in daily operations and assist station-service when required.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with training sessions.
