Job summary

Major Food Group is seeking Porters/Dishwashers for Chateau ZZ's in Miami. The role supports both Back of House and Front of House operations in a historic mansion setting on Brickell Avenue, Miami. The position offers daytime and overnight shifts with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency.

Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a willingness to work flexible hours. This is a great entry point into a renowned, luxury dining group known for its diverse hospitality

Qualifications

• 0–1 year of experience in porter, dishwasher, or similar role.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Dependable, hard-working, and punctual.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Open availability daytime and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of Back of House and Front of House areas.
• Clean and sort all dishes and flatware.
• Mop and take out trash as necessary.
• Wash and disinfect appliances, display case, work surfaces, floors, walls.
• Replenish cleaning materials, soap, paper towels and toilet paper.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
