Algarita Lakeside Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep the property running smoothly through routine maintenance and handling work orders. The role includes troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems, performing make-ready tasks, and addressing emergency requests as part of an on-call rotation.

The ideal candidate will have foundational HVAC knowledge, basic plumbing skills, and experience with apartment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance and handling work orders.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred; pool certification preferred.

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.

Requirements
