29th Street Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties clean and well-maintained across our portfolio. You will perform routine repairs, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance issues, and coordinate with managers to minimize turn times.

Qualifications

• Superior organization and communication skills.
• Ability to provide courteous and professional service to residents, property managers, and supervisors.
• Must be honest in time reporting; reliable and on-time to work.
• HVAC experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliances.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems; maintain unit components.
• Coordinate with management to complete work orders and make-ready vacant units within target times.
• Ensure units are clean and debris-free; communicate timelines to residents and managers.
• Update work orders and notes in the PM software; assist with inspections and turnovers.
