We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Maintenance Supervisor for Ember @ Alamo Ranch and Westwood Terrace, our 204-unit residential communities in San Antonio, TX.

Your role involves ensuring the efficient maintenance of the property under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. Responsibilities include:

1. Supervising the maintenance team
2. Managing work orders and tracking system
3. Responding to work orders within 24 hours and following up
4. Performing daily repairs and property upkeep
5. Ordering supplies and managing inventory
6. Assisting with renewal and leasing efforts to meet financial goals
7. Coordinating apartment turn efforts

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years apartment maintenance experience
• 1-2 years supervisory experience
• EPA Universal certification
• HVAC certification
• Experience in multi-family housing
• Preferred: refrigeration certification, basic business finance knowledge, irrigation knowledge
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
