YOUR ROLE

As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you are the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy for the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into great merchants delivering AEO brand Visual standards every day. Through your leadership, your team always nails floorset execution, and rocks merchandising and marketing brand standards. You ensure the store is always "guest ready" through effective replenishment. Most importantly, you represent our company values and bring your REAL self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Driving sales: As a key Leader on Duty (LOD), you maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty, analyze reports and trends to inform business decisions, and develop short and long-term plans to meet KPIs.
• Merchandising innovation: You coach your team to uphold AEO Brand Standards, lead merchandising and sell-through adjustments, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• People leadership: Motivating and inspiring your team, holding them accountable, and fostering a customer service-oriented environment.
• Talent development: Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members to ensure outstanding service and store performance.
• Teamwork and engagement: Providing ongoing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and celebrating successes to boost team morale.
• Operational excellence: Maintaining visual standards, supporting daily operations, ensuring the store is guest-ready, and adhering to safety and asset protection standards.
