Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $14.00/hr

What You Get to Do

• Provide and lead the team to deliver superior guest service
• Keep ambassadors motivated and energized
• Open and close facilities according to procedures
• Provide menu and park information to guests
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Ensure meal and rest periods for ambassadors
• Set up and monitor queue lines
• Record moneybag recaps and complete station tasks
• Ensure food appearance and portioning meet standards
• Monitor food and equipment temperatures per HACCP plan
• Supervise and train ambassadors
• Authorize over-rings
• Monitor food waste and educate on waste procedures
• Perform supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws
• Represent the park with a positive attitude and high energy
• Prepare and serve food to guests
• Clean facilities, operate kitchen equipment and cash registers
• Respond to guest needs ensuring excellent service
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Assist other park locations as needed

What It Takes to Succeed

• 1-3 months of related experience or equivalent
• Pass ServSafe exam before starting
• Pass Alcohol training upon selection
• Pass Food Handlers test and maintain valid card
• Strong communication skills
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Stand for prolonged periods
• Use hands and fingers frequently, reach, handle, feel, stoop, crawl, or kneel
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
