Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor:
As an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor in managing maintenance operations for a multi-family military residential community. Your duties include performing general and specialized maintenance and repairs, operating building systems and equipment, supervising or training maintenance staff, and ensuring quality standards are met. Effective communication, safety, and customer service are essential in this role.
