What you get to do:
- Answers phone calls, takes legible messages, and route calls appropriately.
- Update Attraction Performance Database with ride and show information
- Create and print Daily Splash in accordance with the Ops Planner, show schedules, and area-specific information.
- Send out hourly counts; update pace sheets
- Review website and app according to show schedule changes, Ride availability changes and park operating hours changes; route necessary changes to Operations Managers
- Attend weekly departmental meetings as needed and provide feedback and notes to managers and Director
- Correct timekeeping edits for ambassadors
- Enter in work notifications via SAP and Theming Services SharePoint
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and organization of office work areas.
- Attend to ambassadors and follow park protocol in emergency situations
- Respond to ambassador and guest needs
- Track information to complete daily and weekly reports
- Report to Supervisors and Managers regarding the status of projects and completed Ensure compliance to all state/federal regulations, park policies, and department procedures

- Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Occasionally assist other locations and areas in the park as needed.
What it takes to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Leadership experience preferred
- Possession or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent computer skills, ability to work multiple selling systems preferred
- Valid state driver’s license and be able to obtain a company driver’s license
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to complete administrative tasks via computer for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to to complete provided CPR/AED training/certification
- Ability to be trained and certified at all attractions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortability speaking in front of large groups of guests and ambassadors
- Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
- Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and stoop to assist in cleaning the park
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and push/pull 50 pounds
- Ability to able to climb stairs
- Ability to walk in sand
- Ability to work comfortably outdoors at heights up to 150 feet (350 ft for Skytower)
- Ability to assist in ride testing by riding all park rides
- Able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time.
- Three full days of open availability
- Availability to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours; i.e. flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, and until 3:00 a.m. for seasonal events
